Vilnara ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ClipDock mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use ClipDock. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your data.

2. No Data Collection

ClipDock is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information or user data. Specifically:

• We do not collect personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• We do not collect device information or unique identifiers
• We do not collect usage analytics or behavioral data (on mobile apps)
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect any data from your videos or collections
• We do not transmit any data to external servers
• We do not use third-party analytics services that collect personal data (on mobile apps)
• We do not use advertising services that track users

All data you create in ClipDock (videos, collections, notes) is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never accessible to us or any third parties.

3. Local Data Storage

ClipDock stores all your data locally on your device using secure local storage mechanisms:

• Videos: Video URLs, titles, descriptions, and metadata are stored locally
• Collections: Your video collections and organization data are stored locally
• Settings: App preferences and settings are stored locally

This local data is stored only on your device, never conveyed to external servers, never shared with third parties, and deleted when you uninstall the App.

You have complete control over your data. You can delete any video or collection at any time, and all data is removed immediately from your device.

4. Third-Party Services and Content

ClipDock may allow you to access third-party video platforms (such as YouTube) to view content. When you access these services:

• We do not collect or store any data from your interactions with third-party services
• Third-party services have their own privacy policies that govern their data collection
• You are responsible for reviewing and understanding third-party privacy policies
• We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services

ClipDock only stores links and metadata and plays videos using the official players or original sites provided by those platforms. ClipDock does not host, download, or redistribute third-party content and does not provide tools to bypass paywalls, ads, digital rights management (DRM), geo-blocking, or other access controls.

5. Firebase Analytics (Web Version Only)

The web version of ClipDock uses Firebase Analytics to understand general usage patterns. This analytics data:

• Is aggregated and anonymized
• Does not identify individual users
• Does not include personal information
• Is used only to improve the App's functionality

The mobile versions (iOS and Android) do NOT use Firebase Analytics or any other analytics services.

You can opt out of analytics by not using the web version of the App.

6. Children's Privacy

ClipDock is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to remove such information from our systems. Since we do not collect any data, there is no data to remove, but we will investigate and address any concerns you may have.

7. Data Security

Since ClipDock stores all data locally on your device:

• Your data is protected by your device's built-in security measures
• We do not have access to your data, so we cannot breach it
• Your data is not transmitted over the internet, reducing exposure to interception
• You control who has physical access to your device and data

However, you are responsible for keeping your device secure with passwords or biometrics, and for backing up your data if you wish to preserve it.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no data for us to share, modify, or delete. However, you have complete control over your local data:

• Access: You can view all your data directly in the App
• Delete: You can delete any video, collection, or all data at any time
• Export: You can share videos or collections using the App's sharing features
• Control: You have full control over what data is stored on your device

9. International Users

ClipDock is available to users worldwide. Since we do not collect or process any personal data, we do not transfer data across borders. Your data remains on your local device regardless of your location.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and in the App.

Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted.
